Many enthusiasts view class D amps as not exactly thrilling, but once in a while a product capable of breaking free from usual labels associated with this topology emerges. The machine sent to me just recently – SPEC RSA-M99 integrated amplifier – is said to be one such a case. Well, is it?

It’s not everyday that I receive a proposition to review loudspeakers from a 50+ kEUR price range. I did review some, but not that many of these. The main reason is quite down-to-earth one, namely: logistics. Such expensive speakers tend to be big and heavy so getting them to my place is simply a challenge. This time it did happen with SoundSpace Systems Pirols. So let me introduce you to these remarkable speakers.
One of the major events of the Audio Video Show 2018 in Warsaw was the launch of the latest design by Mr. Marek Knaga, the Marton Opusculum Reference 3 integrated amplifier. First of all, because of the brand’s well-deserved reputation that was built over the years with consecutive remarkable products. Secondly, because it was the first result of the cooperation between Marton and Gigawatt, another renown Polish brand. I was impressed and had to request a review sample, so here comes the world premiere review.
Polska firma Audio Reveal zdobyła uznanie w branży dzięki wzmacniaczom zintegrowanym, które pracują w opartym na tetrodach układzie single-ended. Najnowszy dodatek do jej oferty – Audio Reveal Classique – to też konstrukcja zintegrowana, ale zbudowana ku chwale lampy 300B, oczywiście tylko jednej na kanał.
Choć wielkie, ciężkie i technologicznie zaawansowane, kolumny podłogowe Avantgarde Acoustic Duo SD stanowią zaledwie środek oferty niemieckiego producenta. Mają też bardzo dobrze sobie radzić w niedużych pomieszczeniach. Skoro nadarzyła się okazja do ugoszczenia ich u siebie, zbrodnią byłoby z niej nie skorzystać. Zapraszam!
